1. General
1.1. These general conditions apply on all agreements which are closed by means of the Internet site of Colorsofmyworld between consumers of products of Colorsofmyworld (further to call customer) and Colorsofmyworld.
1.2. Customers who wish to use their own terms and conditions must have Colorofmyworlds’s explicit agreement in writing.
1.3. Colorsofmyworld preserves the right to modify and/or complete these general conditions.
1.4. At placing an order at Colorsofmyworld the customer accepts these general conditions.
2. Production agreements
2.1. An agreement between customer and Colorsofmyworld comes about if the customer has placed an order on the internet site, has paid, has accepted the general conditions and has received an affirmative e-mail of Colorsofmyworld at e-mail address given by the customer. In this affirmative e-mail is indicated what is ordered. If the customer receives no affirmative mail, then Colorsofmyworld has not received the order or the customer has not passed on the correct e-mail address. In this case the customer must fill out the contact form.
3. Prices
3.1. All tasks of prices, specifications and/or other names have been carefully reflected by Colorsofmyworld on the internet site. However, Colorsofmyworld is not bound to orders which have been placed on the internet site, as far as the purchaser had to have had reasonable understanding that it concerned a mistake.
3.2. The current prices on the Internet site have been expressed in euro.
3.3. The prices include VAT and do not include the costs of transport, packing and sending. A shiping fee will be added once to every order, these costs include packing and transport.
3.4. Action prices are only valid during a certain period, as long as the stock stretches. It is not possible to claim items for these prices after the certain period.
4. Shipping and handling
4.1. The shipping fee includes packing and administrative costs. Shipments to EU countries usually take about 2-3 workdays, shipments outside of the EU take about a week. International customers are responsible for any fees their country might charge at customs. 5. Supply and delivery
5.1. Colorsofmyworld will do its best to handle orders Colorsofmyworld will strive that all orders will be sent within three working days after completion of the payment. Mentioned periods are indicative, Colorsofmyworld can deviate of this. A delivery deadline is never a fatal period.
5.2. Delays in the delivery because an article is not on stock, are communicated by e-mail or letter to the customer.
5.3. In spite of all care with which Colorsofmyworld will treat the order, it can occur that an order is incompletely provided. The customer must contact Colorsofmyworld about this within 3 days after having received the order. The supply is then completed possibly at the expense of Colorsofmyworld or is again provided.
5.4. Colorsofmyworld stipulates the manner of transport and the carrier. All orders are sent to the address provided by the purchaser.
6. Payment
6.1. Payment occurs in advance and must take place within 7 days. Colorsofmyworld only accepts Paypal and creditcards (transfer by means of Paypal) and EU bank transfers as pay options at present.
7. Returning
7.1. The customer is adviced to closely check the products immediately after reception for damage or incompleteness.
7.2. At this moment the customer does not have the possibility of returning the product, however, the customer can get a replacement sent when obvious talk has arisen of serious damage during the sending. Colorsofmyworld must be contacted about this within 3 days after reception.
8. Liability
8.1 Colorsofmyworld can never be obliged to pay any compensation to the Customer or third party, unless it is a question of malice or major fault on Colorsofmyworld’s part. Colorsofmyworld may never be held responsible for collateral damage, damage to business, indirect damage and loss of profit or turnover.
8.2. Our responsibility limits himself to the order the first time has been offered on by the customer address indicated.
8.3. Colorsofmyworld is not responsible for possible loss of the order if a customer did not give Colorsofmyworld the corect address data at placing the order. Possible extra costs that arise if the order is sent back to Colorsofmyworld and/or the second time the order must be sent are for the customer.
8.4. Colorsofmyworld is not responsible for loss of the order if this order has been distributed on an address where several persons can accept the parcel.
9. Personal data
9.1. Colorsofmyworld respects the privacy of its customers and will ensure that all personal information is addressed confidentially. The personal details are stored in the data base of Colorsofmyworld. The data in this data base, supplied by the purchaser, are used to process the order. Moreover these personal data are used for internal marketing aims, such as sending mailing and/or offers of Colorsofmyworld.
9.2. Of course these personal data are not supplied to third parties which are not allied to Colorsofmyworld.
Nothing of this site can be used by third parties without authorisation of Colorsofmyworld.
